Cathy's yoga practice has spanned nearly 20 years, across studios in Pittsburgh and beyond. With periods of deep concentrated practice and other times of 'falling off her mat', Cathy rededicated herself to yoga and has taken her practice to the next level.
Cathy completed her 300hr YTT Integrative Yoga at Sneha, studying different lineages with a diverse array of teachers, all of whom inspire her personal practice. Her yoga style is influenced by Rajas, Bhakti, Jnana, karma, kundalini and Ayurveda paths informing a practice unique to her own journey liberating her heart, opening her body, and finding more joy on and off the mat.
In her classes you can expect gentle vinyasa flow, a focus on linking breath to movement, a sense of playfulness and exploration, and space for deeper reflection long after her class ends.
Cathy can't wait to see you on the mat. She will meet you where you are as you deepen your own authentic practice.
