Yoga for Healthcare Workers
w/ Kennedy Jason

We know that as a healthcare worker, you spend so much time putting the needs of others ahead of your own. When all of this time and energy go into caring for other people, there can be a depletion of resources needed to practice deep self-care.

This workshop offers healthcare workers that much-needed time to fill up your own cup. We will spend 90 minutes in meditation, breath, and slow movement as a way to give back to yourself. It’s from that place that we can best care for others.

You will learn breathing practices & grounding techniques to take off the mat and implement whenever you need a moment to take care of yourself.

All levels welcome.

Meet Kennedy
RYT-200, Music Therapist

As the Activities Director for a nursing home, Kennedy has seen firsthand how depleted healthcare workers and caregivers can get.

Kennedy appreciates the moving meditation aspect of yoga, and enjoys spreading the mindfulness, focus, and calm that yoga has helped her to find.

She especially enjoys sharing yoga in a way that’s truly accessible, nurturing, and supportive for all bodies and levels of experience.

When she's not on the mat, Kennedy also works as a Music Therapist, serving senior citizens.
