Yoga for Healthcare Workers - POSTPONED
w/ Kennedy Jason
We know that as a healthcare worker, you spend so much of your week caring for others. We would like to support you in filling up your own cup.
This 90-min experiential yoga workshop is time to set aside Just. For. You.
The intention is to recharge, practice deep self-care, and perhaps add a few new practices to your self-care tool belt. We will spend time in meditation, breath, and gentle movement as a way to give back to yourself.
Along with other healthcare workers, you will experience breathing practices & grounding techniques to take off the mat and implement whenever you need a moment to take care of yourself.
You’re invited to arrive 15-20mins early for a cup of tea and some connection with other healthcare workers.
All levels welcome. No prior yoga experience necessary.
