Happy Lunar New Year!

The flow of this workshop is designed to open your heart with the spirit of cacao, inform and connect you with the energy we’ll be wading through moving into this wood snake year, and then nourish and immerse you in waves of sound to help any stagnant energy from the previous year move through and integrate as we mark this threshold into a new cycle.

Ceremonies and rituals are beautiful ways to commemorate beginnings and endings, something we acknowledge with some milestones in our western culture but, in ancient culture these pivotal moments in combination with an understanding of the importance of community bonding, connection with spirit, seasonal celebrations, and renewal, all were marked to acknowledge growth or a desire to pass through and into a new calibration within our lives. 

Erik Lawrence brings his Sound Sanctuary to the space, along with Gong Fu style tea and traditional new year treats to share as the workshop concludes.

Please bring water so that the vibrations can restructure and encode it with all the blessings and magic from the ceremony. This will also help with integration/assimilation of the ceremony <3
