About Ceremonial Cacao

Theobroma Cacao has a history dating back to ancient Mesoamerican civilizations including the Olmecs, Mayans, and Aztecs. Believed to contain divine properties, these civilizations used this plant in ceremonies and rituals to facilitate connection, spiritual growth and development, and for the medicinal components of this sacred plant. True ceremonial cacao is harvested ethically, tested for purity, and is given to us in its “raw” form - meaning that throughout the production process it is only ever very gently heated to maintain the integrity of the various health benefits, including but not limited to :

• Rich in antioxidants to protect against oxidative stress

• Flavonoids which support cardiovascular health

Meet Miana

At her core, Miana is a Poet. She is in devotion to the artistry and vibration of words, infusing this awareness into everything she offers. The start of this journey began with yoga, as many journeys do. She has a 300 hour RYT certification and an ever deepening relationship with the plant world, handcrafting herbal medicine for the past 8 years.

In 2022 she took an intensive Astrology Mystery School Course with Danielle Paige and began offering readings.

While traveling throughout Asia in 2024, she completed a Ceremonial Cacao Facilitator Training in Bali at the Yoga Barn. She is here to offer this ancient medicine, made with utmost love and intention, to this beautiful community <3.

Currently, she is enrolled in a year long Ayurvedic Coaching Course. Other offerings include - Astrology and Human Design Readings, Kangen Water Distribution, her handmade herbal product line / boutique, Bohemian Alcove, and stay tuned for the release of her first poetry book, Mystic Waters.
