Regulate & Flow: An Intro Designed to Support Nervous System Regulation
with Jennifer Alyse

Welcome ALL to an empowering embodiment class for supporting one’s nervous system and well being.

In this workshop, we will be working with the fascial system to support nervous system regulation while awakening one’s self-regulatory intelligence. Combining principles of neurobiology, Polyvegal theory to promote biotensegrity, we use tools to awaken into a greater state of aliveness, and release holding patterns in the body.

This one hour class works with the tissues of the body that house the nervous system.

Science continues to reveal the vital role fascia plays in one's health and well-being.

This class is focused on moving the fascial matrix.

Removing blockages stored within the body for cells to communicate more efficiently and for overall health to be optimized.

Leave this class feeling connected, a greater sense of well being and aliveness.

Take these tools with you to incorporate into a daily practice.

ALL levels welcome.

What is fascia?

Fascia is a silvery-white material that wraps around the bones, muscles and organs, giving the body form. It is encapsulated around every individual part of the body but yet connected through the 3D matrix.

Therefore, frozen fascia creates disconnect between bodily systems, and when in a relaxed state it creates connection.

When connection occurs throughout this matrix, fluids flow and the body's physiological processes come into a higher state of functioning.

Additionally, the pathways from body to brain (bottom up) and brain to body (top down) are cleared for clear communication to occur.
