Welcome to our Sacred Self offering. Enjoy thirty minutes, sixty minutes, our monthly membership or our five hour package of the ultimate uninterrupted self care experience. Padme or the Lotus room is named intentionally after the Crown Chakra and it’s connection to the sacred Self. This space is intended to provide a tranquil oasis for your hot & cold healing.
Infrared Sauna
Enjoy a solo session or a session for two. Constructed in Canadian Hemlock wood, the Good Health Saunas utilizes high-quality, ultra-low EMF carbon fiber heaters with full spectrum infrared light to envelope you in the warmth of restorative heat. Our sauna comes with an oxygen ionizer to ensure safe air quality inside the sauna during use, a sound system and chromotherapy/light therapy. Sit back and Enjoy!
Recommended times 15-20 mins in sauna.

Contraindications for Cold Plunge: Abnormal or altered skin sensation, impaired circulation such as tissue damage may result from vasoconstriction, open wounds, hypersensitivity to cold, such as Raynaud’s phenomenon, cold urticaria, cryoglobulinemia, and paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria, angina pectoris or other severe cardiac disease, peripheral vascular disease, under influence of drugs or alcohol, epilepsy, geriatrics and children.
