Starting in January, join The Salon at Sneha for The Artist’s Way Creative Circle, a transformative 13-week series designed around Julia Cameron’s acclaimed book (yes - it's as good as everyone says!). In our initial session, we’ll explore the foundational practices of the daily Morning Pages and weekly Artist’s Date.
On the Mondays that follow, we'll tackle one chapter each week, sharing accountability, inspiration, and breakthroughs along the way. Part of The Salon’s Women Be Well series, this Circle is the perfect way to launch a year of creativity, connection, and growth.
Please note: we ask that you commit to attending the whole series (though an absence or two is understandable).

Complement your Yoga Nidra and Marma practice with an Ayurvedic-inspired bedtime routine. Sipping a warm, soothing herbal tea, applying a nourishing oil to your skin, and engaging in light stretching can all contribute to a more restful and rejuvenating sleep experience.
