Cacao Circle & Yoga Nidra

This evening is ideal for humans that love their rest practice at the end of yoga classes. The practice starts with a luxurious Shavasana, followed by Yoga Nidra—a guided practice that allows one to enter into the deepest states of mind. This is a mediation that opens the mind to an in-depth space of relaxation. In fact, one hour of sleep equates to about four hours of your evening sleep.

Cacao is a sacred plant medicine native to Central and South America. During the first half of the evening, we will open connection with one another and with the spirit of Cacao, using our senses and our voices to commune from a place of intention. Throughout this heart-opening process, there will be optional stretches, songs, and time for journaling before entering a guided Yoga Nidra “deep sleep”meditation practice.
