Your Guide:
Kat Willow (she/they)

RYT-200, RPYT

Kat has been riding the waves of a personal yoga journey for over a decade. Forever a student, their practice continues to shift and grow alongside transformations of mind, body and spirit.

In 2019, Kat began weaving together elements of intuitive womb healing & connection, cyclical living, and circle facilitation in a 2-year Womb Medicine Woman training with The Sacred Womb, which laid the foundation for trauma-informed space holding and intuitive womb connection practices.

Kat then studied with Indie Birth’s doula program before becoming certified in prenatal/postnatal yoga with the School Yoga Institute at Lake Atitlan, Guatemala.

Kat is currently finishing up a 2nd 100hr prenatal/postnatal yoga training with Awakened Spirit Yoga.

At the heart of Kat’s offerings, you can expect an intentional & nurturing atmosphere with true encouragement to show up exactly as you are in any moment. The ongoing intention is to hold space for each person to cultivate their own deep inner listening, often by utilizing practices of balance between strength and relaxation, movement and stillness.

Kat is a devoted momma who also enjoys traveling, festivals, coffee shops, and getting to know the local plant life a little better each year.
