We show love to our family, friends, pets and strangers with little effort or thought.
But what about loving ourselves?
How often do we self criticize or talk negatively to ourselves?
Let’s reconnect to loving ourselves and learn how to be kinder, gentler and more compassionate.
Join Laura of Approachable Asana in this workshop where you will create and write a beautiful love letter to yourself. We will focus on nourishing movements to cultivate self love as well as share in some breathwork and meditation to foster compassion for yourself.
All materials will be provided for this workshop although you may wish to bring a journal for reflection.

Laura Kustaborder (she/her) is a certified health and wellness coach, yoga and meditation teacher and reiki practitioner with over 20 years of experience as a physician assistant.
She discovered these practices as a way to benefit her own physical and mental well being and enjoys sharing her love for anatomy, neuroscience and breath linked movement with others.
Laura is passionate about how the body works and how mindfulness and movement practices can positively impact our nervous system so that we can better navigate the challenges of life.
