Sacred Union: Creating Intimacy through Partner Yoga

If you’ve ever wanted your yoga practice to include more playfulness and laughter, then this is the workshop for you. In this two hour class, you will learn the 5 pillars of acro yoga, each one as an opportunity to deepen connection, intimacy, and communication with your partner. This is the perfect foundational class if you’re looking to expand further into the acro community or if you’re simply looking for a new activity to explore with your beloved.

** Tickets are priced per couple.
