Women’s Circle with guest leader Denise

1st Sundays

For thousands of years, we have sat in a circle to create space for healing and connection. Sneha’s monthly women’s circle is just that. It’s a time and place to connect with other women in the community in an intentional and spiritual way.

Women’s circle are a gathering of women, for women. The meetings intend to give women a safe space to connect, share, and empower one another. It is a way to honor our female ancestors - the older generations who paved the way for the opportunities that are available to women today. We come to honor the obstacles and journey of womanhood.

Kelsey works as a psychotherapist, where she has experience across individual and group settings.

About Kelsey, founder of Women’s Circle:

Kelsey has been practicing yoga for the past 9 years. She received her 200-hour YTT certification in 2017 in Denver, CO. Kelsey has participated in many breathwork, yoga, and meditation retreats during her time out west.

Kelsey has a B.S. in exercise physiology from the University of Miami. She also holds a M.S in Counseling Psychology and is currently working towards her PhD in psychological studies. Kelsey plans to research the effects of yoga and psychotherapy.

Kelsey’s formal mind-body training aids in her yoga pedagogy. In Kelsey’s class, you will experience a meditative and healing space with a spiritual emphasis.

Guest Leader Denise:

I founded Mountain to Mountain to create intentional containers and companioning that support the awakening, remembering, and deepening connection to the sacredness in yourself, in others, and the more-than-human web of life. I am a lifelong intuitive, artist, and long-time student of the contemplative, yogic, and shamanic arts. I hold a deep love and commitment to the tending of Soul in this world. I have a PhD in clinical psychology and maintain a private practice, Heartwalker Psychotherapy, for depth-based psychotherapy.

Since 2019, I have been called to work deeply with the archetypal energy of the Sacred Feminine, and created The Prayer Tent for the Divine Mother, anchored by 13 Mothers that wished to come through as paintings. Offered as a sacred sanctuary to receive healing under the compassionate gaze of Her, The Prayer Tent continues to be a space of healing and welcome for sacred indwelling in Pittsburgh.

At Sneha, I am offering 1:1 Sacred Life Sessions that provide intentional containers for focused spiritual work that integrate a transpersonal perspective with creative, embodied, and imaginal practices to ground yourself fully here in the sacredness of your life. As we spiral down and in towards the thin, darker time of year this fall, Ancestral Healing will be the primary 1:1 offering for this time. After the solstice, I’ll begin to offer the Seven Swords work with the Divine Mother, Dream Healing, and other individual and workshop offerings. All Rivers Return Perinatal Loss Support is offered at all times. I can be reached directly at denise@mountaintomountain.love
