  • Pranayama (mindfulness),

  • Essential movements to prepare the body for strength training (mobility), and

  • Yoga asana for recovery (movement).

You will leave this workshop with a solid framework for combining yoga and strength training, as well as practical application techniques to most effectively work with these complimentary routines.
