Yoga for Strength Training
w/ Amanda Rubio
Join Amanda Rubio for an hour-long class designed to support mobility and recovery for people who regularly engage in strength training.
In addition to having taught yoga for the past 10 years, Amanda has participated in strength training for over 20 years. This class will encompass grounding/mindfulness techniques, breathwork and yoga postures specifically geared towards supporting your strength training practice.
The goals of the class are safety, mobility, flexibility and longevity.
No prior yoga experience is required.
