A Felt Sense of YES: Yin Yoga for Sexual Health

Somatics – Sexuality – Sound

$60

If you are seeking to improve your sexual health and well-being, cultivate greater pleasure and connection in your sexual experiences, or simply learn how to feel more confident and at ease in your body, then please join Sneha and Katherine Zitterbart for A Felt Sense of YES: Yin Yoga for Sexual Health.

You will learn how to use some core techniques of Taoist (Chinese) Tantra to cultivate a felt sense of YES. We’ll explore inner nuance and response through mindful and gentle movement and static shapes on the floor – which you can practice seated if that is better for your body.

*Katherine will also share 3 foundational tantric practices from China, which she received from a living master.

This workshop is open to people of all genders and sexual orientations, and no prior yoga experience is necessary. While we *will* be discussing arousal and sexuality, the exercises in this workshop are NOT going to be specific to erogenous zones (that’ a different workshop).

Whether you are seeking to improve your overall sexual health, address specific challenges or concerns, or simply want to cultivate a greater sense of connection and pleasure in your body and your relationships, we’re confident you’ll find benefit in this workshop.

Katherine will also share a curated soundscape she is composing specifically for this event.

Participants can safely expect:

Practice: Participants will engage in slow, mindful movement through a series of Yin Yoga poses, designed to increase flexibility and improve overall physical health. Katherine is qualified to assist you in customizing practice to your needs.

Focus on YES: Participants will have the opportunity to explore and deepen their connection to their bodies, their desires, and their boundaries, ultimately cultivating a sense of inner confidence and ease in their sexual lives. A Felt Sense of YES is where you can find CONSENT in your bodymind. This workshop is one way to explore that experience without social pressures.

Curated soundscape: The workshop includes a mindfully and intentionally designed soundscape to create a relaxing and calming atmosphere, helping participants to fully immerse themselves in the practice and connect with their bodies on a deeper level.

Expert guidance: The workshop will be led by Katherine Zitterbart. Katherine has specialized in Yin Yoga for more than 15 years and has 30+ years’ direct experience with the concepts and tools she will be sharing.

Supportive and safe environment: This workshop is open to people of all genders and sexual orientations and aims to provide a supportive and safe environment for exploration and growth.
