Facilitated by Kat (she/they)

RYT-200, RPYT, Trauma-Informed

Kat has been riding the waves of a personal yoga journey for over a decade. Forever a student, their practice continues to shift and grow along with transformations of mind, body and spirit.

In 2019, Kat began weaving together elements of intuitive womb healing, cyclical living, and circle facilitation in a 2-year Womb Medicine Woman training with The Sacred Womb, which laid the foundation for trauma-informed space holding and womb-centered practices.

Kat studied with Indie Birth’s 4-month doula program in 2020. In 2022, she became certified in prenatal+postnatal yoga with the School Yoga Institute at Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. Kat is currently finishing up a 2nd 100hr training program in prenatal+postnatal yoga.

At the heart of Kat’s offerings, you can expect an intentional & nurturing atmosphere with true encouragement to show up exactly as you are in any moment.

Kat’s ongoing intention is to hold space for each person’s discovery of tools that help to illuminate their own deep, inner wisdom.

Kat is full-time momma who also enjoys traveling, adventures, coffee shops, and getting to know the local plant life a little better each year.
