Candlelight Relaxation

  • Sneha Yoga & Wellness Collective 5432 Butler Street Pittsburgh United States (map)

Good news Candlelight Relaxation with Bindu & Body is back! Take some time for yourself, let go and relax. Breathe deeply and find some peaceful constructive rest. This evening’s workshop will include a special guided Trataka-candle gazing and Bija mantra ceremony. Followed by Pranayama, think of Pranayama as an energetic tool. The breath becomes smooth, tranquil and a way to understand your own energy. After, you will be guided into an indulgent Shavasana practice to release and feel your own Marma points within. Marmani are the locations inside ourselves where our physical tissues meet up with of our energetic channels/Nadis. These sacred points are highly intelligent and act as keys to unlocking our own internal wisdom. We practice this deep form of meditation as a way to cherished time to spent with our highest Self. This evening will be delivered by the glow of soft candle light and a warm cup of tea.

A little about Eva:

My journey has been real, raw and necessary. I had just retired from my professional dancing career and found myself wanting to connect to people. For me, the world of dance taught me to grow a tough shell and lose sight of what was at my core. Love.

I knew that to help others I first needed to shed the hard layers of protection I created around myself. Community, Connection and Care are my driving forces. My goal is to hold a safe space for others to find their internal peace and joy.

I created Bindu & Body to support a community from an Ayurvedic and Yogic perspective. To help build relationships with like minded souls. Community, Connection and Care are the fundamental pillars in everyone’s life. We need these three aspects to sustain life and to ultimately thrive. These are the foundation on which I built my company’s ideas of bringing balance and harmony back into the community.

I come to you as a Licensed Massage Therapist, a 300hr Jivamukti Yoga Teacher, 200 hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, a Reiki 2 practitioner, a Marma Therapist, a Yoga Nidra guide for meditation, Ayurveda Massage & Body Therapist, 600 hr Ayurveda Health Counselor (academics only), Visionary Psychic from Intuition University, as a Dancer and most importantly another human being on this path of existence. I’m a current a student in California College of Ayurveda and Vastu Design with Sherri Silverman PhD.

Eva is also the founder of Sneha Yoga & Wellness Collective, Co-Creator of Velvet Renaissance Retreats and Co-Teaching Facilitator of Sneha’s 300hr YTT Integrated Yoga Path.

I look forward to spending time with you.

Love,

Eva/Eagle
