When the parasympathetic nervous system (PSNS) is activated, it slows our heart and breathing rates, lowers blood pressure and promotes digestion. Our body enters a state of deep relaxation, and this relaxation breeds recovery.

By utilizing all of your senses — vision, taste, sound, smell, and touch — we build images in the mind that your body feels are as real as external events versus more traditional guided meditation that is focused purely on the mental state without the addition of whole-body senses.
