This dream was woven together from the musician, educator and avid tea enthusiast Erik Lawrence.
Erik has curated fine single estate, whole leaf teas from throughout Asia. Establishing a cozy lounge to share his tea practice with you.

The art of tea is is a practice that goes back over 2000 years in Asian culture.
It is closely aligned with the practice of Buddhist meditation, but also stands alone as one of the most influential discoveries in human history.
A single plant that is grown & cultivated in many ways, yielding countless flavors + experiences.
The art of tea can be formal or casual. One is encouraged to set down devices, concentrate on the tea, length of steep, color of the “soup” and nuance expressed with each subsequent steep.
Whether this is your first time or thousandth time drinking tea be present in the moment and be in relation with what the Tea has to offer you today. Likely you will find wisdom in every sip.
This is not the tea from your grandmother‘s cupboard (unless you were very lucky), or even from the Chinese restaurant in the big city. These teas have grown on the estates by the same family of master growers for hundred or even thousands of years, cultivated and refined.

Tea Sanctuary founder, Erik Lawrence, is a Grammy award-winning musician, certified Sound and vibrational Practitioner, educator and journalist. Always interested in cross, cultural arts, and how every intentional act is an act of storytelling, Erik fell in love with tea as an intentional practice. The experience of beauty with each step yield, endless inspiration, humility, and inner peace. His hope is to bring this practice to his community so they may find their path inward each day and reap the benefits of all the amazing flavors of tea the world has to offer.
