Women’s Circle with Kat
1st Sundays
For thousands of years, we have sat in a circle to create space for healing and connection. Sneha’s monthly women’s circle is just that. It’s a time and place to connect with other women in the community in an intentional and spiritual way.
Women’s circle are a gathering of women, for women. The meetings intend to give women a safe space to connect, share, and empower one another. It is a way to honor our female ancestors - the older generations who paved the way for the opportunities that are available to women today. We come to honor the obstacles and journey of womanhood.
Kelsey works as a psychotherapist, where she has experience across individual and group settings.
With special Guest Kat
Kat Willow (she/they)
RYT-200, RPYT
Kat has been riding the waves of her personal yoga journey for over a decade. Forever a student, her practice continues to shift and grow along with the transformation of their mind, body and spirit.
In 2019, Kat began focusing on womb healing, cyclical living, and circle facilitation. They completed a 2-year Womb Medicine Woman training at The Sacred Womb, which laid a foundation for trauma-informed space holding. Additionally they studied with Indie Birth’s doula program with SYI at Lake Atitlan.
In Kat’s class you can expect an intentional, nurturing atmosphere with full permission to be exactly as you are. They aim to cultivate deep inner listening by balancing strength and relaxation, movement and stillness.
Off the mat, Kat soaks up time with her little one, Callum. She also enjoys travel/adventures, exploring café scenes, and getting to know local tress and plants a little better each year.
