First Light Reiki
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that uses intention and light (or no) touch to restore mental, physical and emotional energy. A Reiki practitioner channels spiritually intuitive universal healing energy through their hands. During the practice, recipients can experience an array of sensations, including deep relaxation, sleep, warmth, tingling and visuals. Afterwards, recipients will notice long-lasting and unique energetic shifts.
First Light Reiki Services:
This service is designed for relaxation and self-exploration. This is not a “Reiki reading.” Recipients may be guided in processing their experiences afterwards.
Reiki sessions (60 minutes) typically include 10 minutes of introduction/arriving, 40 minutes of Reiki and 10 minutes of processing/returning. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water + any other familiar objects (journal, candles, crystals, incense, etc.) to optimize your experience.

Thank you for taking this step toward your most authentic self. I'm looking forward to working with you!
Terms & Conditions:
While the benefits of Reiki are infinite, this practitioner encourages recipients to explore and incorporate other types of healing to holistically support their needs. The universal healing energy channeled during Reiki is spiritually intuitive; thus, the practitioner is not liable for any physical, mental or emotional discomfort experienced by recipients during or after a Reiki healing session. Recipients understand that such discomfort is required for energetic rebalance and reintegration. The practitioner will be available to support recipients as they process energetic shifts.
Recipients' rights include, but are not limited to: the right to ask questions before, during and after this service; specify preferences around touch; change their minds; remain anonymous.
This practitioner is responsible for creating a physically and psychologically safe environment for Reiki to be channeled to the recipient. This service is not a "Reiki reading." This practitioner will support the recipient in making meaning of their experience during this session and will be available for continued processing afterwards. This practitioner is responsible for making referrals to other suitable providers when necessary, appropriate and possible.
