For the past 15 years, Kat has been on a yoga journey that continues to unfold alongside and within subtle levels of awakening & integration. As an enthusiastic forever-student, Kat loves to share information and practices gathered along the way.

Currently, Kat draws an abundance of philosophical inspiration from eastern non-dual schools of thought. And, in addition to the classical yoga concepts and practices, Kat’s teaching/life style dances with earth-based spirituality and intuitive re-membering.

With Kat, expect an intentional space that balances free-form exploratory movement with alignment-based cues, thoughtful sequencing, and grounded points of access into that which exists beyond, and within, the physical.

Birth Work

In 2020, Kat embarked upon a 4-month doula training in order to gain deeper knowledge of the pregnant & postpartum experience. Since then, she has fulfilled two 100hr certifications in prenatal + postnatal yoga (School Yoga Institute, Awakened Spirit Yoga) as additions to her 200hr certification in Hatha & Vinyasa yoga.

Kat also holds a certification through the Birth Story Medicine School. Birth Story Medicine is a process developed by Pamela England (Birthing From Within) that facilitates the rewriting of stories that we tell ourselves and others about our birthing experiences.

Womb Energetics

In 2019, Kat began a 2-year Womb Medicine training at The Sacred Womb, which laid the foundation for trauma-informed spaceholding and the development of healing practices through the portal of womb energetics.

Kat enjoys syncing her life, practices, and rituals according to her menstrual cycle, and sharing the magic of womb energetics in small group circles and with private clients who are interested in deepening the connection with their own wombs and/or cycles.
