During this evening of somatics and sound, you’ll awaken your body, liberate your spirit, and align with your deeper essence:

Embodiment Flow: Tune in to your body's rhythm with a fluid warm-up that will activate your energy.

Ecstatic Dance: Move freely and intuitively as live DJ music in the healing frequency of 432 Hz carries you into an ecstatic state of flow and release.

Sound Healing Integration: Close with a nourishing sound bath, allowing the vibrations to restore balance and deepen your connection to the divine within.

This is more than a dance—it's a sacred ritual of self-expression, healing, and spiritual alignment. Come with an open heart, and leave feeling renewed, empowered, and radiant.

This journey is guided by Ash @thecymaticecstatic. Ash has been facilitating ecstatic dances and curating sound journeys in and around Southern California since attending her first dance on Venice Beach in 2020. She moved back east in 2024, offering her own brand of sonic alchemy to the Pittsburgh community.
