Margaret is a Pittsburgh native who first found yoga in 2009. In 2018, she began practicing consistently. She was seeking calm in the chaotic environment of raising a young family, and she discovered her passion for yoga. Her practice transformed her through strength, breath and awareness. She discovered her own boundaries and resilience. It became clear to her that anyone who commits to their journey can learn about themselves through yoga.

Her mindful practice inspired her to complete her 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Flow. Margaret has experience teaching all levels and is well-versed in offering a variety of modifications through precise, creative sequencing. She encourages students to use their breath as a vehicle on and off the mat. She enjoys inspiring others to live life—not by doing, but by being fully present in every moment.

When not in the studio Margaret is the Administrative Assistant for the Pennsylvania Interbranch Commission for Gender, Racial and Ethnic Fairness. She enjoys exploring this wonderful city, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her husband and two young boys outdoors.
